All property maintenance and refurbishments are completed by Healthcare Building Solutions Limited (“HBS”), a property maintenance company separately run for the group companies. HBS has a skilled team of contractors which undertake a wide range of different building projects. This includes supported living accommodation i.e. (flat schemes/bungalows/semi-detached properties), mental health facilities, and schools. HBS have a wide range of experience in the mental health area converting and refurbishing over 150 properties as well as having contracts with RPs to complete day-to-day maintenance.

HBS has a highly skilled team that covers every trade, including bricklayers, joiners, plasterers, painters, decorators, electricians, and roofing specialists. HBS helps to ensure time efficiencies and full control of the whole refurbishment/maintenance process undertaken by MND Investments whilst also maximising cost efficiencies.
